Pieces that accept replaceable bulbs ship with or without them, depending on the product options available. All bulbs are replaceable. Integrated-LED fixtures arrive ready to install and have a typical 60,000 hours of operating life under standard conditions.

Every shipment is fully insured. If a piece arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days of receipt and we will ship a partial or full replacement at no cost.

Every Zenduce fixture is covered by a two-year quality warranty against manufacturing and finish defects. If something goes wrong, we replace the part or the piece without charge.

30-day returns are available on uninstalled fixtures in original packaging. Custom pieces and open box items are non-returnable but covered by the same warranty.
