Absolutely! We serve customers from all over the world. In order for us to do so without any hiccups, please make sure that all of your checkout information is entered correctly.

How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?

Estimated delivery dates for each product could be different and are usually mentioned on each product page. As we use third party logistics partners, please note these dates are estimated and not guaranteed.

Is Order Tracking available?

All shipments are trackable, which means you can track your order from the time it leaves our warehouse until it arrives at your doorstep. You can use our order tracking page to do so once the item is dispatched. 

Where Is My Order Being Shipped From?

The products we offer are made and shipped from all over the world, including the US, Europe, Russia and Asia. This allows us to offer great prices, whilst ensuring the highest level of quality.

How Can I Cancel My Order?

Our items are shipped out sometimes the next business day, so you will need to contact us quickly. We can not accept cancellations once your order has started its shipping process 24 hours after the purchase. Please still contact. we will do our best to help you out.

Do You Ship All Of The Products Within My Order At The Same Time?

Most of the time we will ship your products in the same group. However, if there is an extremely high demand of a product you ordered, it may arrive later than the other product(s) you ordered.

What is your refund policy?

We are accountable for what we sell. Our return/refund policy ensures that you do not need to pay excessive shipping costs to return a defective item to us if the fault is ours. If you're not happy with your purchase, send it back within 30 days and we'll give you a full refund.

Where Is My Refund?

We aim to process refunds within three days of an item being returned to us. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. With that said, please allow up to ten working days after posting the item back to us before getting in touch about your refund. We’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed.
